Who is AgencyFlow for?
AgencyFlow is for agency owners and operations staff responsible for installation and configuration checks across several client accounts.
Do I need a separate CRM account?
Yes. AgencyFlow connects to a supported third-party CRM. The CRM subscription and AgencyFlow are separate products.
Who can install it?
An agency owner or administrator handles installation and chooses the client accounts where AgencyFlow is available.
What does the current scan check?
It reports connection status and counts workflows, calendars, custom-field definitions, and custom-value definitions. It does not inspect the logic inside a workflow or approve an account launch.
Does it read customer records?
The current scan does not request contacts, conversations, messages, appointments, opportunities, field values, or full workflow definitions.
How much does the pilot cost?
Approved development pilot access is currently provided at no charge. There is no automatic billing. Paid public pricing will be disclosed before participants decide whether to continue.
How quickly does support respond?
Support replies within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Security reports are reviewed as soon as practical.
How do I uninstall or request deletion?
You can uninstall through the CRM application settings and contact Construct Labs to request deletion of retained account metadata. The disconnect guide explains what happens next.
