The private pilot is available only to approved customers. The administrator chooses which client accounts can use AgencyFlow.
An agency owner or administrator opens the approved installation link and selects the intended client accounts.
AgencyFlow requests read-only configuration permissions and the permissions needed to manage installation tokens.
After installation, open AgencyFlow from the client-account navigation. The app verifies administrator access before showing account status.
Select an installed account and start a scan. The page updates when background processing finishes.
The first release counts workflows, calendars, custom-field definitions, and custom-value definitions. It stores those counts with scan and installation status.
It does not request contact, conversation, message, appointment, or opportunity records. It does not retain full webhook bodies or configuration contents.

Open AgencyFlow from inside the installed client account while signed in as an agency owner or administrator.
Confirm that AgencyFlow is installed for that client account, then wait briefly for the installation event to process.
The account may need to approve a new read-only permission or reconnect an expired installation.
Retry once. If it fails again, contact support. Never send credentials or customer records.
