AgencyFlow quick start

Protect your first response in four steps.

An agency owner or administrator installs Revenue Guard, chooses the client accounts, and sets the response target. A short message test confirms that inbound and outbound events are working.

Start setup ↓

01 Install

02 Open

03 Set target

04 Test

Use an authorized agency account.

Setup requires an agency owner or administrator and at least one client account where you have permission to monitor response metadata.

01

Agency access

Sign in as an agency owner or administrator. Location-only users cannot manage the agency dashboard.

02

Client-account permission

Select only client accounts where your agency is authorized to process conversation timing events.

03

Test conversation

Have one authorized conversation ready so you can send an inbound message and an outbound reply.

Install, open, and choose the target.

AgencyFlow asks only for installation management, location identity, and message-direction permissions used by Revenue Guard.

01

Install AgencyFlow

Open the approved Marketplace listing, start the installation, and select the intended client accounts.

02

Approve permissions

Review the listed permissions, complete authorization, and return to the agency account after the connection succeeds.

03

Open Revenue Guard

Choose AgencyFlow from the left navigation. The dashboard should show a secure connection and the protected accounts.

04

Set the response target

Choose 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. New inbound conversations use the selected target.

Confirm the full response cycle.

Use a real test conversation in an authorized account. Do not send credentials or customer records as test content.

01

Send an inbound message

Send a message to the selected client account through a connected conversation channel.

02

Check waiting status

Open AgencyFlow and confirm that the dashboard shows a conversation waiting for a response.

03

Send the reply

Reply from the client account on the same conversation before or after the selected target.

04

Confirm resolution

Refresh the dashboard and confirm that the response is resolved rather than left in the attention queue.

Read the agency response picture at a glance.

Protected accounts shows connected client accounts. Waiting for response shows open response windows. Resolved responses shows replies detected by Revenue Guard. Needs attention shows response targets that expired without a detected reply.

If an account says reconnect required, approve the current permissions through the AgencyFlow installation flow before testing again.

Content-free monitoring

AgencyFlow measures timing, not conversations.

Revenue Guard stores hashed routing identifiers, channel, timestamps, response target, and status. It does not store message content, names, email addresses, phone numbers, sender or recipient fields, or attachments.
